Experience Days Tours: If you've ever been "curious" about Oxford, then this walking tour is the one for you. Accompanied by your, you'll embark on an adventure into the wonderland that is Oxford city to explore all things Alice.
Your tour will begin with a quick meet and greet in the city centre, whereby you'll get to know your guide and the other members of the group. Then the fun can really begin. You'll head out into the city to visit important locations such as the home of Leiws Carroll and Alice, to learn about the real-life events which inspired the famous classic children's novel. You'll also be stopping off at Christchurch College of the University of Oxford to discover the marvels of the cathedral and college chapel. As the tour draws to a close, you may even wish to treat yourselves to a spot of tea and a slice of un-birthday cake in one of Oxford's charming tea rooms or cafes - after all, where better to do so?
With the Hatter leading the way, this is a sightseeing tour of Oxford with a twist and is great fun for both adults and children alike.

This walking tour runs everyday, throughout the year (subject to availability).
Tours depart at 1pm.
Days Out Requirements
There is no minimum or maximum age restriction for the walking tour - it can be enjoyed by visitors of all ages.
*Please note: Your voucher includes entry to Christchurch College as part of the tour. However, colleges can close their doors without notice. In this event, you will be entitled to a free boat tour following Lewis Carroll's Alice story telling.
How long is the Oxford Mad Hatter Walking Tour For Two

This Alice in Wonderland themed walking tour will last for around an three hours. That's one hour at Christ Church and a two hour guided tour.
*Please note: Your voucher is for a two hour guided tour ending with a self guided entry worth £16 to visit inside Christ Church College. Currently in 2021, due to Covid college rules, guides may not go inside Christ Church.
However, as soon as these restrictions may be removed, then this tour will change it's format to instead, become a two hour guided tour only including guided tour with the guide inside Christ Church.

Is This Activity Weather Dependent?
Most of the walking tour will take place outdoors, so extreme adverse weather conditions can have an effect. If your tour is cancelled due to the weather, you will simply be re-scheduled for an alternative date.
